Shipping and delivery
Delivery charges
Our current delivery charges are as follows:
Postage to Germany and Austria for an order amount of up to EUR 29.90 is only EUR 3.90. No additional fees or surcharges of any kind apply. Orders of over EUR 29.90 are free to Germany and Austria.
We charge a flat fee of EUR 6.90 for deliveries worldwide. No additional charges or fees apply.
What happens if I am not at home when the package is delivered?
Orders are dispatched by post. If you are not there when the delivery arrives, a message will be left stating an alternative delivery date.
If the delivery is made via Royal Mail, a message will be left for you and your parcel will be deposited at the nearest post office for collection.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card (VISA and Mastercard), direct debit and bank transfer.
You can also pay using the well-known, secure payment system "Sofortüberweisung" - instant transfer.
A variation on the direct debit procedure, where the buyer gives an authority to their bank to pay the trader, is also possible in Germany, Austria and Spain.
Is it possible to change the method of payment after ordering?
If you would like to change the method of payment after ordering, please contact us on office@sex-dvd.org quoting your order number and your preferred method of payment.
Privacy
Do you pass my data on to third parties?
We do not sell not loan any user information.
Neutral packaging
We send the goods you have ordered in neutral, hard cardboard packaging. Nobody can identify or feel the contents from outside. Alexander Schachinger is used as the sender.
There is no way to connect it to any erotica company or website. The parcel is packed in a white padded envelope without and company logos. The sender also bears no indication of erotica.
We treat all your data with the utmost confidentiality, complete discretion and the information is not passed on to anybody else.
Name and address information is only used for delivering parcels.
Billing information is only used once for charging the invoice amount and is never saved permanently.
We do not send any advertising and do not use your details to send you any promotional material.
The data are not passed on to third parties under any circumstances, unless a government institution (e.g. criminal investigation authorities) requests information from us or we receive a court order to this effect.
